 Aloha, this villa is scheduled to have exterior painting and maintenance that will affect your stay from June 28, 2022 to September 28, 2022. The lanai will be closed off during working hours (8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). The lanai will be accessible after working hours with limited lanai furniture supplied such as stacking chairs etc.   We understand the hesitance towards booking a property with limited access to the lanai, but remember the best views are seen from the beach…. after all, Mai Tais taste best on the beach!  Between the memorable adventures to be had on the Tropical Island of Oahu and the shopping, beaches, restaurants, and bars that Ko Olina has to offer we find you will not be missing the lanai during the day!    The remainder of the Beach Villas resort will be open but may have walkway and amenities limitations during this resort wide painting project.
