NO SMOKING. Nice neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. Very Close to Burnside and Burnside Island, Close to 27 and many local eateries and stores. The home is not Lake front but one street back. Super large area for parking boats etc. This is a large space and perfect for families. About 12 miles to Conley Bottom Marina. Fire pit out side and space to spread out. Great for fishing trips and golf courses are nearby. Basketball court in driveway. Great area to walk or run. No WiFi or TV I can always be reached by phone if needed. Very close to many stores and services on US 27 and Ky 90. Marinas very close by. No public Transportation. There is no WiFi or cable tv. No smoking
