The Space Apartment - Super cozy private One bedroom apartment on the top floor of a vintage home on a beautiful tree-lined street in East Ridge. Has it's own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with Self Check In/Out. Privacy galore. 1 bedroom unit and includes a full Bath, Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, convection oven, toaster oven, electric skillet) a full living room, washer and dryer. Lots of space and natural light. The apartment is fully equipped with linens, blankets, and towels. Bedroom has One Full Bed and One Single Bed. Living room has a single day bed PLUS a queen size sleeper sofa. Unit has TV, WiFi, Books, and Games are available upon request. Parking Free Street Parking is available (which is normally limited in Chicago). A spot in the Driveway can be booked for $15/day payable in cash upon arrival. Neighborhood It's a ten minute walk to the beautiful beaches and run/walk/bike trail along the lakefront. You can walk to a large park with a Golf Course, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters, a yoga studio, and live music. We live in a diverse neighborhood so you can eat any style food, food from around the world or just get good pizza/food delivered! Transit - We live one block from the Metra Train station and its 18 minutes to Downtown Chicago, 10 minutes North to Evanston/Northwestern and 30 minutes North to Ravinia. 15 minute walk to Loyola Campus. 8 blocks to the Red Line El Morse stop (20 minutes to Wrigley or 30 minutes to downtown) and three bus lines within a few blocks. These ALL provide easy access to downtown Chicago, Wrigleyville (for a Cubs game) or up to Evanston (Northwestern) or the North Shore. Easy drive from anywhere from here too and we have lots of information if you need it. 15 min walk to the LOYOLA CAMPUS. Specifics - We don't allow for pets at this property, sorry.
