Sit back and watch and listen to incredible hawks and bald eagles overhead! Wake up to a magical sunrise each day! Enjoy a stroll around the entire estate with owners permission. Owners live in on the property and always available. 45 minutes to JAX Beaches. 35 min to St. Augustine. Enjoy a private, secluded sanctuary in the heart of Green Cove Springs! This beautiful retreat is one of two Airbnb properties available at our estate. We can comfortably accommodate 15 guests between the 2 houses. The Guest House is perfect for kids and elderly guests, as it is all on one level and lots of space! The Carriage House is not suitable for children due to higher end furniture and antiques. Close to restaurants and Spring Park with its beautifully renovated spring fed public swimming pool. Guests may enjoy strolling the entire 5 acre estate. Please just check with owners first! There are many quiet areas to sit and enjoy the river view with its incredible sunrise every day! Our manor home is on the property as well, but situated so we all have our privacy. We try to meet every guest when they arrive, but easily make other arrangements if that is not possible.
