Private bedroom + small private living space with couch, foot rests, flat screen tv, office desk & chair. Great for business travelers or people who just want to relax and have a bit more privacy. Br & office area are inside a shared main house. Kitchen, main living spaces, bathroom and powder room are shared. The space includes private br + private office/living room & a (shared bath with one other person) in shared house. There is also a shared 1/2 bath. Meow we have kitties that are friendly & loving. They have never been in either of your 2 private rooms. You are welcome to use any other common areas of the house at any time day or night. Please be courtesy in the kitchen and main living area as there is an apartment below. Bedroom, private living space for guest and all common areas including kitchen, bathroom, powder room, laundry and dining room. We will offer as much interaction and/or privacy you prefer. Many nearby restaurants, shopping, post office, NAS Patuxent River (less than 10 min), naval air museum. Dr. Mud House, Sotterley Plantation, Historic St. Mary’s City with Living Museum all within driving distance. Car, bike, Uber. Public transportation is very limited. Kitties are in the main living areas. Please don’t let them in your private spaces.
