Enjoy a bedroom & private sitting room with your own bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy drive to Saratoga Springs, SPAC, leaf peeping, Global Foundries, etc. Fun weekend for 2 people for exploring all the Saratoga area has to offer. We would be happy to welcome you to our home just south of Saratoga Springs, and an easy drive into the city and to nearby Ballston Spa. Get a lot of space to relax and recharge in your private 2nd floor bedroom, with access to your own private sitting room and bathroom just outside. It is a quiet haven just for you in our four bedroom home. Two clean, spacious and quiet rooms welcome you to sleep, write, watch TV, or read a book at the end of a day's exploration. WiFi lets you connect to the outside world, too. In addition, guests are welcome to enjoy our deck and back yard. Plenty of on-street parking, with possibility of an off-street spot. For those with allergies to cats: Please note that we used to share our home with two cats. They did not use the spaces, but shared common spaces in the home. Guests can come and go on their own schedules, We'll provide a key. There is no kitchen or laundry available for guests. We have pretty full lives and are sensitive to folks needing space and quiet. So we welcome you to be comfortable and encourage you to feel free to come and go, as you please. If you have questions about area activities, we're happy to provide a little advice. The home is located in a leafy, quiet neighborhood just south of Saratoga Springs, convenient to SPAC, downtown, Saratoga Lake, and even a drive-in movie theater. We have the best of both worlds: close enough to town to reach the race track, dynamic shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and nightlife in a 10 minutes' drive, but also just far enough outside the hustle and bustle to feel the charms, peace, and quiet of upstate New York. We're also close to downtown Ballston Spa & Malta's Global Foundries. And you should see the leaves in fall! This space is ideal for those with your own transportation. You can park your car on the street, with the possibility of an off-street spot. Since summer 2017, visitors to upstate NY can use rideshare services as well as area taxi services.
