Spacious and serene space. Peaceful secluded garden with art studio/sitting room. The property is a detached building divided into two apartments, the Garden Apartment is all on one level with 2 steps up to the front door The second bedroom is used as a lounge with TV. The Lounge/dining room has a vaulted ceiling, lovely light spacious and very quiet room. Patio doors lead onto wooden decking with table and chairs and sunloungers, second patio with seating. The property is 2 bedroomed but the second bedroom is made as a second sitting room with TV. The lounge/dining room backs onto the very pretty peacefull garden which also has an art studio or sitting room. Odcombe and lower Odcombe has a garden centre which sells milk/bread etc.. a couple of farms sell freerange eggs, there is a pub which is well attended. There are many national trust properties in the area, Montacute House is 1 mile away, Barrington Court, lytes Cary to name a few. On entering the front door there are 2 steps which lead to the office area , bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Guests have use of the whole apartment and not shared with anyone else. quiet unusual setting as you do not feel like your in an apartment. I am available on my mobile to ring or text any time Odcombe is a very well supported village, people are very friendly , there is a pub in Lower Odcombe, a Garden Centre and the Village Hall. Once you leave the Apartment you are minutes from some lovely country walks , ham hill country park is a mile up the road Odcombe is 2 miles from YEOVIL. You will need a car to get about if you want to visit the many attractions. Ham Hill Country Park is a mile away it is an easy walk there with a pub and beautiful views, plenty of nice walks as you leave the property I hope all guests will enjoy their stay and hope I have created a home from home environment.
