CARDELLINO is a stylish apartment for 2/3 on the ground floor of the Villa with tiled floors, a south-facing private terrace, in lovely gardens and a beautiful pool. Between the National Park & coast with panoramic views to the Sibillini Mountains. There are two luxury apartments at Villa Miramonti and CARDELLINO is our more modern apartment for two or three people. It has a private entrance and a bright, modern kitchen; the living and sleeping zones are combined in a large, stylish space. Mahogany french doors open onto a private sunny terrace with stunning views towards the Sibillini Mountains through the charming gardens. The apartment has a private parking space, a private terrace and its own entrance. We always respect the privacy of our guests, but are happy to help should you need assistance during your stay. We provide a folder of local information with ideas and suggestions for days out, activities and restaurants. We're really glad that we're near the lovely town of Servigliano, with its shops, market and elegant piazza where we can enjoy a coffee, ice cream or an aperitivo. It's these little things that make living here so special and we never tire of the landscape and the nature that surrounds us. You will need a car during your visit to Villa Miramonti, as public transport is limited. Car hire is available at all airports nearby. Many guests will choose to drive to us - the journey is straightforward. Our prices are all-inclusive for the use of an apartment on a weekly basis (shorter stays, or out of season breaks available by arrangement). Our apartments are furnished & equipped to a very high standard; each has its own separate entrance, private seating areas and parking space. There are NO additional costs for normal use of electricity, gas, heating, hot water, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels, use of pool, internet Wi-Fi etc. We provide our guests with some small luxuries and local produce to help you settle in. For stays of a week or more, you will find a Welcome Pack on your arrival, which will consist of wine, pasta sauces, a packet of pasta, grated parmesan cheese, milk, brioches or fresh bread, fresh filter coffee, tea and sugar. We also provide for your stay, two folding chairs, a beach umbrella and a cool bag so that you can enjoy your days out at the beach or mountains!
