This modern and comfy apartment has all the facilities of your home and is an ideal stay for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. ☆The property is beautiful & well- maintained located in a close proximity to the airport, the city center, public transport, parks, art & the cultural scene. ☆The space has fresh furnishings and is newly renovated with updated bathroom fittings, carpeted bedroom & living room area. ☆The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster & Silverware too. ☆Large modern eat-in kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary equipments You’ll love my place because of the cozy, comfy bed and Large Flat screen TV's (Hulu Live, Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Vudu (offered in some units). Guests have access to the entire apartment and the property in general with the in-house gymnasium for fitness, the kitchen & its equipments as well as the laundry facilities. I like to give my guest plenty of space but l am always available via text (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and l check-in with them regularly. I try to be there for guest check-in when possible but I generally give my guest privacy and space, usually touch base with guest via text several times during their stay. I live on the property in an upstairs unit, there are 4 apartments, 3 are active Airbnb listings and l occupy the 4th unit. They are all separate apartments. Prospect Park located in a quiet, suburban borough, it is beautiful and clean. It is in the vicinity to most of the prominent locations in and around PA, like King of Prussia Mall, Philadelphia international airport, the train station, shops & a few entertainment spots, and local eateries. ☆Uber and Lyft and rental cars are a few readily available options in the neighborhood. ☆The property is at a short distance, just minutes from I-95, 476, Center City Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia International Airport. ☆Also, Prospect Park is located twelve miles from the center of Philadelphia by car. Using the commuter rail system, the trip takes twenty minutes. ☆The Philadelphia International Airport less than a 10-minute drive away. ☆Interstate 476 (Blue Route) is roughly two miles to our south on I-95, which leads to the King of Prussia Mall 25 minutes away or to Delaware (tax-free shopping) which is a 15-minute drive. This apartment is located on the 2nd Floor (approx 12 steps) and has a free parking facility available in front of the house with another off-street parking. ☆Try to maintain the apartment as you found it. ☆Smoking and use of drugs is strictly prohibited inside and around the property. ☆The gym and the laundry facilities can be used between 8 AM to 8 PM. ☆ Please ensure that there are other units also in the property and that there should not be too much of noise or any disturbance to other guests. ☆Please log in to the sign-in & sign-out sheet while you use the gym facility.
