A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead. • Children under 8 years of age are not allowed at the property. • Housekeeping is available for an additional fee.  • The villa comes equipped with a friendly villa attendant who lives in a newly built separate building to the west of the guest house.  • There is a brand new rooftop deck with a full summer kitchen and BBQ grill for guests to enjoy stunning views over Grace Bay.
