Me, my husband, my in-laws, and my two children spent five nights at Jack’s place, and we created many great memories around his dining room table after preparing food using his state-of-the-art cooktop. Most afternoons we took a chilly walk on the path by the lake, and enjoyed the wildlife (deer and birds) that would wander into the yard throughout the day. I don’t have a lot of experience using AirBnB, and Jack has definitely set the bar very high for both timely communication and thoughtful touches and amenities in his home. The home was well appointed with everything we needed, was conveniently located close to downtown but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of lake life. You really have to pinch yourself while looking at the view of the lake - it’s that pretty! We would definitely come back from California for our next trip to Michigan.! Full access of house but garage is off limits unless you need LifeTime tables and LifeTime chairs to accommodate guests. We have our home professional cleaned COVID standards ready for your arrival. A friendly reminder but our house is NOT a party pad during wedding weekends , graduation or birthdays unless written approval from homeowner and paid event fee in advance. We spent 10 hours in the car and arrived to a beautiful house. We were able to completely relax after such a long drive. No motor boats allowed on private Lake Swimming is possible but depending on season algae is present and the sandy part of beach is overgrown. .
