Green River Highlands gated community is the place to be! Relax and renew in your private oasis after a busy day at TIEC or zip-lining at the Gorge. The large comfortable main level is sanitized for your health. The open design is crowd-friendly with a split bedroom plan and two gathering spaces plus a large screened in porch with ceiling fans. For more space, add the upstairs one-bedroom apartment (Not rented alone). ( 4-bedroom house is listed as 'My Happy Place'. ) If you want to bring your 4-legged friend, please chat with me in advance to make arrangements. Well behaved pets are always welcome with a $100 pet fee. Flat screen smart TVs (with DISH satellite service!) are in each bedroom and living room. Private 2 acres with a beautiful koi pond and picnic area in the backyard add to your relaxation. The large, flat back yard beckons for flag football or catching fire flies. Air mattress is available as requested for an additional sleeping option. Crib is available as requested. Key pad entrance makes check in a breeze. No need to co-ordinate with office hours - you can check in any time. Upstairs apartment has own separate key-lock entrance. We are always available to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. Just call Charleene and Lethea! As you enter the gated residential community you will see a park on the left. You can explore the Green River and enjoy the picnic tables and children's play area. Even though the house is in a residential community, it feels secluded and private. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles on the property. Lethea and Charleene love having fun with friends and often host parties and gatherings. They are involved with WomanSong Village, a 75 member women's chorus that raises monies for New Start, a program helping women who need a boost. They live with their two dogs Eli and Sebastian and two miniature horses Beau and Luke.
