Fall brings colorful foliage. Winter skiing is nearby. Spring time, will be green and blooming again and the historic re-enactments will begin. The Cherry Blossom Festival in DC runs mid-March thru mid-April. Great time to see the museums. Perfect for the professional that is away from home and needs a place while working in Hagerstown or for the weary sport enthusiast that needs some R&R. We have already blocked 72 hours between bookings to allow for proper safe cleaning during this pandemic. Fully furnished one bedroom garden level apartment with private entrance attached to main home in residential neighborhood. Ideal for the business professional that is tired of commuting. Queen bed, full private bath, plenty of closet space, full size stove, refrigerator, complete dishes, streaming TV, WiFi, gas fireplace; access to billiards on-site. Driveway parking, but is shared- so please do not block garage door. Near Robinwood Medical Center, new Meritus Hospital, Regional Park, Blackrock Golf and Hagerstown Community College. Close to I-70 and I-81. Many parks in area, Antietam Creek, Potomac River and Historic Antietam Battlefield short drive away. 30 minutes to Whitetail and Liberty Ski; state parks with hiking. In town ice skating rink, roller skating, movie theaters, Premium Outlet and mall shopping. Yet backyard is private and occasionally visited by deer and wild turkey. Off street parking is available in driveway. Note: As you look at house from street view, driveway parking is to the right, while on left ( downhill side) is a paver path that leads from street to your private entrance. So, to get from parking in driveway one will need to walk to opposite side of house to get to private entrance. Our neighborhood is quiet residential area with professionals and their families. Just about a mile from interstate, yet behind the backyards is undeveloped. Evening many residents are out walking the dog, power walking or with children on a bike.
