Well equiped kitchen, large living area with tv. 1300 square ft. Only 5 mins to Oranjestad. Only 5-10 mins to beaches. A 1300 square foot villa with private swimming pool. It's a cosy and comfortably decorated house. The interior en exterior will make you feel at home right away. A private villa, 2 terrases and a private swimming pool. Very little interaction as the villa is a stand alone villa, not connected to any other property. The total property consists of the villa and another small apartment which are separate from each other. The apartment is not for vacation rental. The owner of the apartment has one dog but the cannot excess the pool/private area. A quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Very well located near downtown Oranjestad and also the beaches, like Eaglebeach and Palmbeach. Rental car is a must on the island.
