Own kitchen, dining, living, balcony, grassed area, bathroom Give keys on arrival or code to key box Walking distance to Como pleasure ground and pub, train station with only 35mins to city, 15 min drive/train to Cronulla beach, 10mins to Miranda Westfield. 10min walk to train station 35mins to city via train it's half of our house but has all its own separate amenities and entrance such as full kitchen, bathroom, balcony and grassed area. Suitable for children but note there is a side entrance to front door of property with around 8 x stairs.
