Weekend house in unspoilt nature

Weekend house is set in unspoiled nature in the middle of vineyards in the region Haloze and easy accesible with car. Perfect accommodation for families or couples to enjoy calmness and fresh air, hiking trails, cycling, amazing view points,... Weekend house is spacious, just renowated and fully equipped, therefore you can easily spend more days there and explore the surroundings. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 with king-size bed and 1 with couch), 1 bathroom, kitchen, 1 spacious living room and a wine cellar. There is a parking space available. There is electricity, heating, warm water...all the necessary facilities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a vineyard just next to the house and wine cellar under the living area. Trekking trails, cycling possibilities, cow farm ... near by. Please note, there is no WI-FI in the house. The nearest shop is 3km away (open 8-16, Sun 8-12), nearest restaurant is 15km away so I warmly advise you to catch some meal or buy groceries before your arrival. Weekend house is easy accesible with car and only 5min drive away from the village Žetale, where you can find a little store, a bar, post office...and 20 min drive from Ptuj. As well only 25 minutes drive from the main Graz - Maribor - Zagreb highway (E59) , which is the main connection for the tourists coming from the North of Europe to the Adriatic sea. I will be available for all the arrangements and details, to help you with your accommodation. I speak advanced English, German, Croatian and basic Russian. I (or my parents) usually welcome guests to my family's house in the village Žetale and guide you to the weekend house (about 5 minutes drive). It's very very calm, there are neighbours around (200-300 meters away), but you have plenty of your own space and privacy. Haloze is a region in south-east Slovenia, in the Styria region, near the border with Croatia and is one of the remotest rural areas in Slovenia. WHAT TO SEE AND DO? - hiking paths (Donačka gora, Boč, Ecological Hiking Path, Macelj...) (15 min drive) - cycling routes (on spot) - local cow farm, where you can buy fresh milked milk and cheese or milk a cow yourself (3min walk) - tourist farm with local food and amazing view point tower (3min drive) - wine-producer with first-class wines (3min drive) - Vuk's homestead (3min drive) - Žetale village (5min drive) - city Ptuj with medieval castle, wine cellar and thermal spa (20 min drive) - spa resort Rogaška Slatina with first-class glass factory (20min drive) - Ptujska Gora with exceptional beautiful church (15min drive) - castle Trakoščan in Croatia (15min drive). The house is set in beautiful area, therefore accesible only by car (no public transport), however the road is well-maintaned. Parking space is available in front of the house. As well is very welcomed if you arrive during the day or sunlight, because it might be easier for you to find the place. One more time, there is no WI-FI available.
