The chalet by the pool houses pool towels, bathroom facilities and a shower. This roomy first floor apartment is bathed with light. It has a fully stocked kitchen with an inside dining table and chairs for 4 people. There is an additional loggia off the lounge area to eat while enjoying the views in sunlight or have evening drinks. You also have in the garden a private eating area by your own barbecue to give you options. The good sized pool is shared with the bottom apartment and there are plenty sun loungers and shade for all. You have your own private access to your apartment and plenty parking outside the house. We have a fabulous Italian, English speaking house manager Alessio who can be on hand for any questions or problems. He will also manage the garden. Loro Piceno is 1 km walk from the house. A great way to get your morning exercise up hill to the nearest coffee and patisserie shop. Cafes , bars, restaurants and 2 supermarkets are in the buzzing village.
