Large daylight basement with private entrance.

Welcome to our home. Guest (MAXIMUM OF ONLY 4 GUESTS. Our home is not suitable for children) have a 1300 sq ft. to relax in. (IF ANY UNEXPECTED VISITOR SPENDS THE NIGHT, GUEST WILL BE ASSESSED $25 PER PERSON). The den has a large and comfortable couch with TV, cable as well as NetFlix. A pool table and foosball are also available. UGA is only 8 miles away. PLEASE NOTE: DURING UGA HOME FOOTBALL GAMES THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Guests have entire (mostly day light) ground level basement. Private entrance with plenty of parking. Wifi/internet, TV, coffee maker, microweave and a small refrigerator are also available. We are Airbandb travelers as well. Interaction can be whatever best meets your needs. With this being a basement with a private entrance/parking, guest can come and go without disturbing us. We live in a large neighborhood but our house sits on a 3/4 acre corner lot that backs up to woods. It is very quiet. There are plenty of deer that wander throughout our yard. Our home provides a quiet setting within Watkinsville where many restaurants/shopping and a theater are located. UGA is less than 14 miles away and easy to get to. Very easy access to Atlanta (60 miles) and the Atlanta Airport (75 miles). No public transportation however, Uber is available We have no pets in our house although we have 2 very friendly hunting dogs (Toby and Jack )that stay in a fenced kennel. They are mostly quiet ( even the deer ignore them) and will respond when calling to them. We are beekeepers and have a beehive in our garden beside the driveway. They keep to themelves but want you to be informed incase of alergies.
