Nothin' Fancy: Rustic guesthouse near Chatt.

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a no-frills, basic place to rest, this is the perfect cottage! The quiet guesthouse is behind our main house, and we ensure total privacy. We have one full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We are only 20 minutes away from Chattanooga. We are animal friendly, so please bring your pets for a small pet fee. The house is very basic with no internet or tv; however, we do have cell service. Again, this is very basic but comfortable. You are in the country setting of Rock Spring. The guest house is behind our main home, but we ensure privacy. We also welcome animals; we have a fenced area where they can run, but please don't leave them unsupervised. We don't want the fence getting torn up. We also have animals, so make sure they are leashed in the yard. We have a window unit with both heating and air. You can park in front of the cottage. There is plenty of parking.
