Spacious holiday getaway in West Devon

Spacious holiday cottage over 2 floors. Four bedrooms with ensuite, plus there's a shower room off the lounge, which can sleep a further 2 people on a comfy sofabed. Cot + high-chair available on request. All the mod cons you’d expect, including smart TV, DVD and wifi. A fully equipped kitchen diner, entrance hall with additional seating, utility room with washer and dryer. Outside patio area. Ample parking. The holiday let is right next door to a cosy pub – perfect if you don’t fancy cooking. We live next door and run the hotel on the other side of the property, so are available to welcome you, but also around for advice if needed. Lifton is a small friendly village. It has a very good post office and shop selling essentials and papers. There are 2 hotels in the village with public bars/restaurants, and a pub. We have a couple of churches too! It's recommended that you have your own transport, as there isn't much public transport. Lifton is just off the A30, which makes us ideal for travelling all over the southwest. Many beaches and attractions are within an easy 60 minutes.
