Our home is a great place for Bachelorette and bachelor Friends weekend. Three 18-hole Golf Courses within 5 miles. Outlet mall, Pokagon, winery's & brewery's , restaurants 4 miles. A dock is available for your use on Lake James for a Pontoon or Boat. The dock is about 300 yards from the house across the road. You must go up/downstairs to the bedrooms. Come and enjoy nature sitting on our over sized deck while grilling out or having a campfire on our 2 acres of woods. Great location for bachelorette and bachelor friends weekend. Also great location for family get together’s. No large parties or events. Access to all levels of the home. Includes key code entrance to front door and basement. Our Private Suite is on the main level has a completely separate entrance off the back deck. We have made arrangements to not stay in private area while you and your guests are here. We would like to ask you not to use our private areas that are locked. List: suite, maintenance utility downstairs in basement, garage, and storage room upstairs. All other parts of the homes are here for your enjoyment. The dock is shared with Family and other guest. You will need to let us know if you are planning on using the Dock that is 300 yard away from the property. Level of interaction is based upon the guest need. We are across the street with a 300 yard walk down wooded trail to our family's dock on Lake James. A great place if you like nature! The house is located within minutes off of interstate 69 and the Indiana toll Road. Help us make your stay great by letting us know of any special requesting or ways we can help. We will host singles, couples, groups of friends, Families, our home very spacious. No animals allowed due to Health issues of the Host. To go to bedrooms stairs up/down required.
