Entire house (4 bedrooms 3.5 baths) can be negotiated. Access thru the patio door. The main floor as you enter is available. Access to the laundry and kitchen maybe available on request. Jessica, myself, our pets and a occasional child do live in the house and can be available for questions or socializing.
