The open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas create a space that is perfect for socializing. Curl up on the couch, read a book with your morning coffee, and take in the private ocean views. Two bedrooms are both equipped with brand-new queen beds/mattresses. There are two full bathrooms; one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower. High-speed wireless internet is provided, along with a smart TV in the living room as well as one in each bedroom. Remember to bring firewood so you can spend the evenings outdoors, staring up at the stars. Washer and dryer are located conveniently within the space. • I provide fresh linens and towels, and basic essentials upon your arrival. • 2 driveways are available • Laundry is on the main floor • Help yourself to anything in the house and kitchen. It was all left here for you. • Guest will not have access to the locked basement which is used for storage Quiet residential area just 30 minutes from downtown Halifax. There are quite a few vacation homes in the area. It is recommended to have a vehicle to get around. • The driveway is plowed in the winter but it may be snowy upon arrival depending on the plow schedule • There are 5 stairs leading up to the main entrance but both bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are on the main level • There is wifi but no cable at the property • You are required to bring your own firewood if you would like to use the firepit. It is not stocked onsite.
