lovely room with use of kitchen, off road parking

Large bedroom containing a king size bed, netflix/amazon prime for entertainment. tea/coffee provided and wifi. Theres full use of kitchen with a guest fridge freezer. theres a dining room if you want to use it to eat or to do some work in there if you want. And off street parking. close links to the m62, m1, a1 motorways. And 5 mins drive to xscape entertainment complex. also close to the err training centre in featherstone short train journey to leeds or wakefield shared bathroom and kitchen, dining room access from 12.30 i like socialising with guests if they would like company, many times invited a guest to watch a movie or have a chat.
