Incedible view/four bedroom four bath home +pool

Great place for family, couples, friends. Behind the walls lies a comfortable home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Breezy and fresh...with amazing view and space to sit outside privately enjoying the pool and wonderful view. Great for couples, families, group of friends, celebrations, birthdays. Relax and enjoy the view of Laguna de Apoyo, Grenada /Lake Nicaragua. Swim in the pool or hop on down to the lake for a wonderful lunch and kayak/swim in the warm and pristine lake. The house is private and secure with a lovely open view of the Laguna de Apoyo and Mombacho volcano. The rooms are comfortable and airy each with it's own ensuite bathroom and hot water showers. The neighbourhood is lovely. Semi rural but many people live around. Not a wealthy area but safe and friendly. The house itself is private and quiet with georgous views and winds to cool you on a hot afternoon. There is secure off stree parking in a covered, shaded area. Space for four plus vehicles. The road is paved NO 4x4 required. There are buses at the corner (approximately 100 yds)that go regularly up and down the hill to the lake and Masaya for groceries. Otherwise there are regular taxis and moto taxis for about $2 - $3 depending on the drivers mood lol! It is fun and convenient. The house itself is quiet but not remote. We are about ten minutes from Masaya, ten minutes from Catarina, 25 minutes from Grenada and ten minutes to the lake front. When you make a booiking the price is based on the number of people entered in the reservation. If extra guests join you they must be entered in the reservation or arrranged with the host in advance. Any unpaid for guests will be required to leave. The house is set up for 8 - 10 people maximum. Day guests are not permitted. Please discuss your needs with the host.
