Use of large downstairs shared kitchen & laundry. Private bedroom full bed, share bath with 1, share main kitchen w 4. Upstairs room has 2 South facing and 1 west facing windows w full blinds. Downstairs has living room, bar style dining area, large galley kitchen, laundry available for $5 washer dryer/soap/bleach/dryer sheets. etc. BBQ and patio table, large back yard with rear gate access to the green belt trail, private off street parking, or in front of house in quiet court. I live here, but work days. Can always reach me by text. My son is available if I am not. owner &/or son are there part time and share 5b/3b gladstone colonial w stony brook students & staff. Quiet Court, no traffic. Greenbelt nature trail thru out back gate. Soft Music during the day is fine, after 9pm is not. Three miles by car or 2 miles by bike path to Suny Stony Brook. Also 3 miles to Mather & St Charles hospitals. I have 2 Bicycles with helmets. 2 have locks 1 has basket. about 3 miles to the university by car, or 2 miles by bike path short cuts. train and ferry. montauk and manhattan are 2 hours, fire island sea shore 30 minutes. local beaches 5 minutes. There r 2 bicycles with locks to rent/use if needed. washer driver on premises if u dont have your own detergent, $5.00 per load. 1 x per week. 2nd floor. Interior carpeted stairs. We do have , 1 friendly pomeranian (Chloe) and 1 Blue heeler cattle dog puppy (Athena) & 1 terrier (Zeus). There is a safety gate that can easily be put up in front hall so u r not greeted at the main front door by the pups.
