Cozy studio near VA Hospital & access to Boston

This is a self contained ground floor studio, with two twin beds and a recliner. The shower is accessible with grab rails & a shower seat, if needed. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker & fridge. It is a 15 mins walk from the VA hospital in West Roxbury & is close to MBTA public transportation to Forest Hills T stop. It has easy access to the Jamaicaway & Boston area hospitals & universities. The studio looks out on a large garden & has a patio for eating al fresco. Ideal for visiting the VA Hospital or Legacy Mall for shopping,which is nearby Guests can eat outdoors on the veranda and have access to a large garden, through the kitchen door at the back of the studio. I live upstairs in the main house and am available, if the guest/s needs any help with directions or for any other matter. I will meet the guest/s on arrival and on departure, and, if need be, for any other matter, at his/her request The house is situated in a residential neighborhood and is safe. There is on-street parking Guests may want to rent a car, use Uber or Lyft or just use public transport. There are buses nearby to Forest Hills on the Orange Line & to the Charles River. I can provide directions to the public transportation system or directions to the VA hospital or other locations. The studio is ideal for one or two people per night
