Friendly people will guide you through rain forest /mountain walks that you may wish to embark on. Access to fresh river water and a 10 minute walk to the local beach if desired Personnel will be available to provide assistance on arrival. Items such as tea/coffee will be available on arrival. There is also a nearby shop approximately 15 mins walk to get any essentials as well as additional items as desired. Grand Roy is on the west of the island of Grenada in the St Johns Parish. From Saint Georges you would travel along the main road from Saint Georges to Gouyave on Palmiste Lane, then on reaching Grand Roy Police Station, turn right onto Mount Plaisir Road Parking is available on the apartment site. Grenada bus service runs daily from Saint Georges/ Grand Anse to Grand Roy Monday to Saturday inclusive. Taxis can be used but not the norm.
