Cozy Private Bedroom/Bathroom near Downtown and AU

Nicely decorated, clean, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large fenced in back yard and screened in sun room with ceiling fan/patio furniture you will have access to use. You will have a private room with a locking door (there is a closet) your own private bathroom, access to the living room and kitchen anytime you like including the Sun room and outdoors. Close distance to downtown Anderson, AnMed, Anderson Mall, Georgia, Lake Hartwell, Denver Downs, and Clemson Football. I will provide towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The fridge is available to put food in of your choice. The kitchen is available for you to cook (provide your own food). Coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the Keurig is free! Spare room provides a bookshelf full of books for your entertainment. The washer and dryer are also available (you will need your own detergent) There's a Charcoal grill also available for use. The house has hardwood and slate flooring. The kitchen has granite counter tops. There is a four space table in the dining area. You will have access to the XBOX 360, DVD player, (selection of movies provided) and a smart TV. The smoke alarms are fairly new and I have quarterly Terminex sprays. Guest have access to the entire house and land EXCEPT the Master bed/ bath and the garage. I may or may not be at the house while you are there. ( I will do whatever you are comfortable with) If I am in the house I will be out of your way and in the master room. If you prefer to make sure I am not there, just let me know before booking so I can make arrangements. The master bath and bed are off limits regardless of me being there or not. The rest of the house and yard will be available to you. My neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. It is approximately 1.4 miles from Downtown Anderson where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, and even a brewery. I am also located approximately 1 mile from Anderson University. Approximately 18 miles to Clemson and approximately 3 miles from Anmed. Buses run in Anderson for additional transportation . Uber is easily accessed along with Door dash and Pizza delivery from multiple restaurants. Within walking distance of Anderson University. Carolina Wren park downtown offers a variety of shows and music depending on the day. There is also a splash pad with surrounding restaurants. There will be a book in your room that gives more detail and things to do/places to eat, etc. I usually keep the outside security lights on at night. Please let me know if the temperature is uncomfortable and needs to be adjusted. There is a large trash can in the garage if needed. There are extra linens and pillows in the bedroom closet. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and Keurig use.
