Our beach house is beautiful, spacious and stylishly furnished, 2 BRs but with the additional 2 sofa beds can easily accommodate 4 guests on separate beds. This is the 2 BRs penthouse apartment. River views from the house as well as patio, deck and backyard. Ocean view from throughout the house. Access to beach is either from the left or the right of the house. The public staircase is the fourth staircase/deck on the right of the house, a short walking distance. No beach pass required. Or you can walk across the street from the front of the house to the left along side of the Sea Wall and step onto the beach. Once you are on the beach, please notice the dune grass along the shoreline and don't walk over the dune grass, but enter the beach where there is an opening only a few steps away. Our beach house is located on a quiet part of Ocean avenue yet is very close to the center of town where you find the specialty shops and beach activities. Walking distance to the NJ Sandy Hook beach resort. There is a bicycle path in front of the house before and parallel with the beach. To the right of the house over the Highlands/Sea Bright bridge you will find the popular beach towns: Highlands, Atlantic Highlands with many specialty shops and restaurants. To the left of the house with a short drive to the famous Pier Village resort in Long branch among other popular beach towns. Red Bank is just minutes away for your antiques shopping pleasure. Bus to NYC is right at the front door on Ocean Ave. Or take the Seastreak ferry a few minutes away to NY City in ~30 minutes. Driving to Newark airport is ~45' and to NYC is ~1 hr. Available month to month for summer season or for long term winter rental October to April.
