Lots of cookwear, 2 stocked fridge/freezer, mini fridge, stove,fridge w icemaker,garage w laundry,fenced Private yard,covered porch/2 patios.Fence. Pet. The space w 3BR (2 queen, 1 Twin XL, 1 sofa bed, 1 couch, 1 pac n play w crib mattress) for sleeping is “1 story ranch duplex like”, feels just like a SFH, with only one locked/ chain locks connector door chain locked knob locked. connector door to our other AurBnB stays on eastern half of building, such as our “The Pines Duplex”. The house besides being long, has 3 “wings/rooms off the back”. This creates Private courtyards on back yards of house. Configured for guest privacy indoors & out! About 1600 sq ft not including a garage or outdoor patio and front porch with rockers spaces that are covered. About 2250 sq ft including indoor and outdoor patio/porch space. There are two areas off dining room down three wood steps Sunken den west wing back into privacy fenced Seperate back yard. Suggest you Bring along 2 very large baby gates if bring small mobile children or toddlers! Or choose another stay of ours in Cove City! Dine indoors and outside under covered patio. Make cocktails or punch in cranberry antique punch bowl set. 1950s Antique liquor decanters & antique wine carafes. French onion soup terrines, pasta set. Informal & formal China & stem wear or glassware. Wine, champagne, brandy glasses. Silver plate and glass serverwear. Play an antique upright piano. Nice doghouse under covered backyard patio to leave your dogs outside when left at house unattended. Or bring a big dog crate to set up in slate floored mudroom when you leave the duplex, please, to avoid pet damages. String lights on both patios to enjoy at night! Fig tree and small fishpond in back yard, and large Formosa/azaleas and blooming tree. Large pine trees provide part shade year round! WiFi works indoors and on porch and patios. Feels very private due to duplex configurations! Laundry room within attaches carpeted garage with laundry folding area and entry bench. Our Property supplies are boxed and stacked on garage walls. The en-suite bedroom does not include closets but there is a nice empty closet available in the kitchenette space. Front bedroom has an antique freestanding closet. Walk, jog, bike, skateboard, golf cart, car. Double cement driveway holds 4 cars, and can park 2-3 vehicles to right of house. Can part 4+ cars left of house on empty lot included in this property to the eastern street corner. Text 24/7 or call host 24/7 if emergency. Only phone 7 AM-10PM normal matters. Some closets not included in this stay as hosts belongings are stored in a few closets or dresser drawers. 3 closets & a 6 drawer dresser, and 6 drawer chest for guests will be left open so you know at checkin. A few trunks and storage cubes also available for more storage. Dogs live in the space when host living there, so we try to get every fog hair but my Pomsky sheds. Please know this is a very pet friendly stay! The 2 west wing stays is our only stay space where anyone but AirBnB guests always stay. West Wing has this totally private stay, or a less high priced part private and some common rooms shared with host, host dogs, host family, host friends, host guests Small rural residential type middle class ethnically diverse one lane street with under 15 houses. Host owns most properties on south side of this street. Blue Bungalow next door is also an AirBnB listed SFH property. The Pines Duplex options’ duplex are on same property, and are set up as Separate Private locked duplexes (1,2, or 3 BR). Book both for family reunions, or larger groups of 10+. On all Cove City AirBnBs owned by this host can accommodate up to 18-20 guests! Bike, walk, jog, etc Plenty of Room for tents, campers, RVs, boats, kayaks, dive gear, fishing gear, etc.
