Chestnut Hill, Apt #3, 2nd Fl Studio w/Kitchen

This place is small. The kitchen has no pots, utensils, plates, cups or anything. The bathroom is a small bathroom with a shower only. Smart TV, but no cable. There is Wi-Fi. Queen-size bed. Electric baseboard heat (you control), window unit for air-conditioning. Three windows face Germantown Avenue and have room darkening blinds. If you are very sensitive to traffic or Main Street sounds, this may not work for you. Free washer dryer outside the apt. door, laundry detergent not provided. I am available 24 seven. However, since this is a code based self service entry, we will probably not see each other at all. This is in a super fabulous location and very attractively priced for people looking for a queen size bed in a clean place that they are comfortable staying at. You can walk outside to fabulous restaurants and coffee shops and shopping. Across the street is the Chestnut Hill West train station. Best way is to take the train, Uber or Lyft. There is a parking lot behind the building that charges one dollar for every hour or a special six hours for three dollars and a five dollar overnight option. There is some free street parking but be sure to read the signs as they aggressively ticket here in Chestnut Hill. There is a septa commuter parking lot across the street that has one dollar for a full day. This is as the description and title states. A clean simple place to sleep.
