Luxury Private Cosy Caravan

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home from home. Our home is able to host 8 guests. Our caravan is the perfect place to stay during your time in Hastings, fitted with plenty of amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. Situated only a short walk away from the beach. If you fancy a day out, Hastings Town Centre isn't too far away with plenty of shops, the pier, museums and many attractions. Bexhill-on-Sea is also only a short bus ride away. This beautiful cosy caravan right on the sussex coast is perfect for a romantic weekend away or for those family breaks making memories with the children or grandchilden. The caravan is located in a quiet corner of the park close to the main entertainment venue with ample on site parking. This caravan has a large open plan living room, dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen- full size fridge freezer, a full sized gas cooker and hob with extractor fan. Kettle, toaster, microwave and cafetiere. Plates, cutlery saucepans and cooking utensils are all included for guests use. We also have a filtered water jug for guest use. The dinning table can seat 4 people with the smaller table able to seat another 2 people. The table will be laid out on arrival of quests and we also have a champagne bucket for quest use for those special occasions. The lounge area contains 2 Sofas with scatter cushions and 2 blankets for those extra cosy nights in. Why not snuggle up infront of the cosy gas fire and watch some 3D movies on the 47inch 3D TV. Free WiFi is available for guest use. Subject to network avaliblity. Board games are provided for quest use with a wide age range including domino's and naughts and crosses. Books are also available for quest use. This occomodation boasts double opening patio doors on a small lit decking area allowing you to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenic views of the surrounding country side. We have a large patio to the entrance side of the accommodation with a patio area offering an outside dining option. Bbq is available for quest use. Fire pit is also available for guest use. Picnic bench is also available for outside dining option situated to the side of the occomodation. There is outside lighting that can be used on the balcony and front patio area allowing quests to enjoy those summer nights. This cosy caravan can host up to 8 people. Bedroom 1- This is the master double bedroom with en suite toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom also has a desk with mirror, stall, TV a wardrobe with hangers. 2 bedside table lamps and plug sockets either side of the bed. Small storage area surrounding the top of the bed to put small items including clothing. Bedroom 2 - This room contains 2 single beds and a small wardrobe a small lamp. A small extra blanket on each bed and has a small shelving unit above the beds to put small items including clothing. Bedroom 3-This room contains 2 single beds and a small wardrobe a small lamp. A small extra blanket on each bed. The final bed is a double bed that can be pulled out from the large sofa. Bedding is provided for all beds. Towels can be provided upon request. The large bathroom contains a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. 1 toilet, 1 wash basin. Hand wash. A mirror with opening door for storage of small items and a shaving socket. Children's and babys items can be included in your stay at no extra cost. Please ask when making your booking and these can be supplied. (please note these are stored in a separate location and are only brought to the location when requested by quests so will not limit the storage in the occomodation for guests who do not require these items). Please note that passes to access park facilities are managed by Combe Haven and can be purchased for an additional fee via the reception. This is managed by Combe Haven. We are able to provide a guide price for park passes but these may be subject to change. We are local to the park and are available for any information or assistance your require. If you have a special occasion during your visit please let us know, we are happy to help with any special requests you may have for your stay. We also use the park regularly. We will respect our quests privacy during your stay. Contact numbers will be provided for anything quest require. This is a family park set in the Valley of county side, with a close walk to the beach. Park tickets can be purchased through Combe Haven from the site. These passes are not included with accommodation. Passes will give access to the entertainment venue, archades, Burger King and Papa John's or Mash and Barrel. Rorys Valley, Build a Bear, Rooler disco, foot golf, Archery, bug hunts and much more. Indoor heated pool and outdoor swimming pool with a splash slide.(the outdoor pool is only open in summer months). The haven serve app is available for quest use and can allow orders to the table in the venue, a click and collect service or a delivery service to your accommodation. The park is dog friendly and is close to local nature reserve and public walk ways. There is a mini market on site with many essential items and a Costa coffee machine on site. There are play parks for children to play in with a pirate ship and small zip line, AstroTurf football area, sand Park with climbing structure and nature reserve. St.leonards train station is a 15 minute walking distance or 5 minutes taxi ride. Perfectly in between Hastings and Bexhill give easy access by bus or car to both towns. There are main bus stops located at the top and the bottom of the park. Head to the bottom of the park and a short walk along the road you will find a Costa Coffee, Greggs and Aldi. Just five minutes by bus is Ravenside retail park containing, M&S, freedom leasure, B&Q, Currys, B&M, Tesco, Boots, Halfords, Poundland, Pets at Home ,Wickes, KFC and Mc Donald's. Head into Hastings with a its Town center Priory Medow for a spot of retail Therapy. Primark, JD, H&M, Pandora just to name a few. Or go along the sea front for a day filled with fun. There are may arcades to choose from or flamingo park full of rides. Smugglers Caves and the East and West hill cliffs are a must see for any egar travelers. The sea life center is perfect for all ages and can be purchased alongside the smugglers tickets for a great combination money saving deal. Hasting Peir is has a bar and restaurant letting you enjoy a bite to eat while looking out at the beautiful ocean views. Hasting old town has a great night life with many local bars and restaurants open till the late hours. St.Leonards train station is located a short taxi ride from the Park. Hastings train station is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the park. The park is on 2 bus routes either from Harley Shute or Bexhill Road. There are many walking & biking trails located within and round the park. Dogs are welcome in this accommodation, pet food and water bowl, pet bed, small drying off towel provided. We ask that pets are kept off furniture. Please ensure dogs are kept on leads at all times within the park. Please clean up after your fury friend and use the disposal bins provided.
