Enjoy the Guest Quarters in this 1700's Historic Log Cabin moved to Augusta from Dover, Ky in the 1970's. Located right on Main Street only two Buildings from the Ohio River, one from the Beehive Augusta Tavern & Augusta Pub, directly across from The Augusta General Store & Corota's Pizza.. Explore Historic Augusta, Kentucky with ease. A wonderful place to escape & relax. Events & Festivals are the heartbeat of Augusta, enjoy them with us year round! This rental includes all living spaces in the cabin, the patio and currently sleeps 11. A Real Estate Office are in the front of the building. Your entrance in the back left side of the cabin is via the patio which boasts plenty of space to relax and a propane fire pit & hot tub to enjoy (These amenities are provided Free & are not included in any refunds due to mechanical issues). Your door enters into the full kitchen stocked with the essentials & a Coffee Pot. A flight of stairs welcomes you to the living quarters on the second floor when you will find a Full Bed, Laundry Room, Bathroom with Shower and Main Guest Room which provides a Queen Bed with Purple mattress, 55" TV with seating area and a common space with a Full Bed. Next you are led to a bunk room with a twin over full size futon bed and the second bathroom. The other Queen bedroom is off of the bunk room and downstairs you will find a cozy living room. ***You must choose the correct number of people in your group to ensure enough supplies & linens are available*** *Wifi is Free & all TV's include Roku or Amazon Firestick with Netflix *We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $30 per Night. Free Private Motorcycle parking for up to 2 bikes is available on the Patio. It is a modern day Mayberry of sorts with quite the eclectic mix of artistic residents and visitors from all over the country. The quaint little shops and dining on Main Street give for great opportunities to meet locals. Riverside Drive is a beautiful walk to see Historic Homes, stretch your legs & take amazing pictures. The Ferry will take you to Ohio if you wish to explore Underground Rail Road sites or desire a drink on the water at one of their River Front or floating restaurants. Golf Cart Rental: $65/Day or $45/half day There is no public transportation in this rural area. Most restaurants are within walking distance from the Cabin. We are Motorcycle Friendly. A portion of the Cabin is a Real Estate Office. This is completely separate from the guest quarters. Only the kitchen and one living room with Queen Foldout Bed are ground level, all other living quarters *including the bathrooms* are up one flight of stairs. Please be aware the town stores shut down early, please collect any groceries & needed items early. We Do Not Own the Driveway next to the Cabin, Guests Must Use Public Parking. *We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $30/Day. The Pet Fee will be collected separately through AirBNB after booking. *We do have private motorcycle parking available for up to 2 regular sized bikes on the back patio. It is not covered. *There are baskets in the kitchen & upstairs with toiletries & needed items, please only take what you need but feel free to use them.
