A day-bed offers additional sleeping space for a single person or pulls out into a king to sleep two individuals. The property includes three buildings on shared family land. This space is a recently renovated small home with a shared lawn and wharf access located just meters from the lakefront. There are small dogs on the property. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a custom frame made from a downed ash tree on the property. The space has a large eat-in kitchen with a small living area (with a pull-out daybed). The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom and includes a full-sized soaker tub. The property is accessed by a private dirt road. The road is promptly plowed in the wintertime and is well maintained in the summer months. There is plenty of parking available on site.
