Single Room in a Family Home

Our home is 4 bedroom 2.5 bath in a large subdivision in East Fallowfield township, Pennsylvania. My husband and I live in the home with our 2 dogs and cat. The animals are not ever permitted in the guest bedrooms. The bathroom the guests share is a bathtub and shower and a double sink vanity. There is also a powder room downstairs. The guests have laundry room privileges (must provide your own detergent, etc.). Full use of the kitchen including dishes, silverware and pots and pans. A shelf in the pantry and a shelf in refrigerator. There is an office/playroom off the kitchen which has an older large screen TV with full cable. Plus the home has the most up to date WiFi. The guests can come into the home through the garage or off the slider deck into the sunroom. I am available at anytime as we live here. If I’m not at home I respond quickly to text messages. The house is in a large subdivision with 128 homes. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood to walk on. We are 5 mins from the Thorndale train station which has train service into Philadelphia. The service provider is SEPTA. The Amtrak station is approximate 10 mins away and has service to everywhere. Also the grocery stores and retail stores are within 5 to 10 mins with many restaurants nearby. King of Prussia is 30 mins away. West Chester is 20 minutes away and Philadelphia is approximately an hour by car. I recommend all guests have a car which off street parking in the driveway is provided. You can Uber places Uber’s are readily available. Getting to the train and bus are not an option on foot.
