Cycladic style beachfront Villa - 4 bedrooms

This picturesque and spacious villa is the perfect escape for a large family or group. The private swimming pool, the stunning sea view and the outside dinning and lounging areas offer the guests the full island experience. The famous Beach House at Apantima beach, the only sheltered beach on the island, is 4 minutes walk away. For a night out, the Town is only a 10 min car ride away where guests can feast at the local taverns or enjoy a drink (or two) at the town’s lively and exuberant bars. The guests will have access to the whole villa, the swimming pool and outside dinning and lounging areas. The patio, hosting the dinning and lounging areas, is easily accessible either through the kitchen door or via big balcony doors through the sitting room . The guests can enjoy their meals and drinks at the pergola-shaded dining/sitting areas and they can take a dip in the private swimming pool with a panoramic view of the Aegean sea. At the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dinning area and sitting/TV room. There is also one bedroom with two single beds, a balcony overlooking the back garden , toilet and shower. Internal staircase leads to the mezzanine floor and to bedroom 2 with a double bed, shower, toilet and balcony with a sea view. First floor consists of bedroom 3 which offers two single beds, a twin bed, shower, toilet and sea view balcony. On the second floor there is bedroom 4 with a double bed, toilet, shower and sea view balcony. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and wardrobes. Additional Information: • Private road leading to the house entrance and to outdoor parking space. • Outdoor BBQ • Outdoor Shower • Sun lounges umbrellas/parasols perfect for protecting you during the hottest part of the day • The villa is next to another villa but is independent with no common or shared spaces. •The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, cooking pans, toaster, washing machine etc. •The villa has central heating •Satellite T.V. A boat is used for the ferrying of passengers and cars between Paros and Antiparos. Car rental is recommended and guests can park their car/cars on the open parking space at the villa premises. The villa is located at a quiet neighborhood with unobstructed sea view. The closest beach is the famous Apantima (4 minutes walk) ideal for guests who prefer organized setup since the Beach House Antiparos rents out sunbeds and umbrellas, it has a restaurant, a playground, beach bar and other amenities to enhance their experience (e.g. massage). For guests who prefer privacy and a more quiet but more adventurous setup, there are big rocks just a few minutes walk from the villa which makes an ideal scenery. Antiparos Chora, the main town in Antiparos, is about 10 minutes drive from the villa. The guests can reach me via e-mail or telephone. There is also a care taker but doesn't live on the premises. Quiet neighborhood. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the popular Apantima Beach and the Beach House Antiparos where you can find sun beds, restaurant and play area for the kids. Antiparos town is a 10 minute drive. For guests travelling with kids below the age of 4, same should be notified to the host in advance in order for all the necessary amenities to be provided.
