Cute and cozy side of duplex in a great location!

Super cute one side of a duplex that was recently redone. Clean and stylish with an unbeatable location! Only a block to our town square with lots of dining options and a block to Simpson College. There’s a great brewery around the corner that has fun and tasty food trucks. Lovely yard that has nice shade and will have flowers and outdoor seating come summer! I do allow small dogs (30 lbs and under) for a small one time fee of $20. But please let me know ahead of time.
