Very rural, we have no neighbours and the closest amenities are 1.5miles away. Close to A46, good access to Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Newark. You need a car, there is no public transport. Good for walking or cycling. You need a car. The flat is 40m from where you will park.
