Nice apartment with garden

Hello, we rent an apartment in our luminous house in Arolo di Leggiuno. Leggiuno is a quiet village on Lake Maggiore. It hosts the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso on the Lake (see pictures). 1 hour driving to Milan. The apartment is on two levels and is composed of: one kitchen, one living room and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. One living room with one double sofa-bed, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom without shower on the first floor. The house has also a garden, a big terrace and a private garage. The house has air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The guests can use the kitchen, the garden for breakfast/lunch, the terrace, the garage and an additional parking place outside. We offer towels, bed sheets and blankets. The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen equipment. The apartment does not have WiFi. We will meet the guests upon their arrival to deliver the keys, illustrate the functionalities of the apartment and give information about locations to visit and restaurants. The house is located 100 m from Lake Maggiore. You can easily reach the beaches on the Lake, visit the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso built in the 14th Century (see picture). You can easily drive to Milan ( 1 hour). Public transport is not good. You need to have your own car.
