Easy access to University of Canberra / Australian National University, ideal for students. Expect to find a clean and comfortable bedroom with a personal fridge, Aldi coffee pod machine with a study desk and TV. Common well equipped kitchen. Note: bedroom is separate from the main house which contains bathroom and toilet. Modern house with your guest bedroom in the backyard and requires stair access (2 flights /set). Note this is a 15 Metre walk to the main house which has the kitchen and bathroom. The guest room doesn’t have its own toilet or bathroom Your host works from home and is happy to help throughout their stay or you can message whenever you like also Close to Woolworths and nearby park with barbecue facilities Several parking spots with unlimited hour parking in front of house. Please note main bathroom is upstairs in the main house however there is a toilet down stairs (also in main House) for exclusive guest use. Fridge is for common storage. Please respect others food and don’t consume with out prior permission. Basic etiquette expected. No cooking of meat/seafood/eggs or use of garlic permitted. Storage in fridge is ok.
