You’ll love our home due to the village location, friendly and experienced hosts, outdoor space, free parking, quiet peaceful life of a village, friendly neighbours and of course the comfy beds. There are many walks in Roxton! A Continental style Breakfast included as well The beautiful River Ouse is only a 10 minute walk away. Very close to Restaurants (Car or Bus 15 minutes) the A1 and M1. No transport? We offer a car service to Cambridge, Train stations or Airports! Simply a great choice. Your bedrooms are very clean and tidy with TV, Wifi one bedroom (The Indian) has a lovely viewing area with two comfortable seats overlooking the surrounding fields. The other room has a en suite toilet and wash basin. Downstairs is your own bathroom, Shower, toilet and wash basin. Breakfast is served in our living room that has room for a coffee etc. Unfortunately our KITCHEN is not part of your stay. One of the things we like about travelling is meeting people and its the same when hosting. Please feel free to contact us for any information. Unfortunately we do not allow guests to use the Kitchen. Roxton is one of the smallest villages in Bedfordshire it is surrounded by fields and the River Ouse is only a short walk away perfect for those of you who like fishing and River walks. Our home is in the south part of the village in a Cul De Sac. Our village has one pub called The Royal Oak also a Cafe and Post office. The parking is free and off road. The village is served every 30 minutes by the 905 bus which gives you access to Bedford, St Neots and Cambridge. The nearest rail service is Sandy station which runs into London from Peterborough. The nearest airport is Luton then Stanstead which are 30 and 50 minutes away respectively. The village is just minutes away from the A1 and the M1 is 20 minutes away. We offer a pick up from Airports, Stations and Shops should you not have transport at a fair rate, please contact us for prices. We expect our guests to be quiet and to respect the neighbours. We would like you NOT to wear shoes within the home and you can leave them in the Guest bathroom area. There are guest 'hotel' slippers in your room should you request them. Unfortunately our Kitchen is not for the use of guests.
