The Pburg Chalet

The Chalet is the perfect accommodation to enjoy everything the Philipsburg area has to offer! The house offers large windows in the main rooms of the home, allowing for ample light to enjoy the mountains. There are three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed that is a single over full, and a third with two single beds,) that provide privacy for a multiple family party. The house is a mere two minute walk down to the main street of Philipsburg. A well appointed kitchen is provided and should allow you to cook nearly anything comfortably! We typically keep stocked 12-14 spices and olive oil Off the kitchen you'll find a mud room with: - Boot warmer -Washer & dryer -Space to hang skis -Iron and Ironing board with clothes hanger to dry out ski gear! -Travel cooler for day trips -Dyson vacuum The Bathroom is appointed with: -Towels for all in party - Hair Dryer -Children's bath toys -Children's soap (Honest Company Tear Free) -Shampoo and Conditioner -Lotion Also we have tried hard to make our space as family friendly as possible. The house includes the following: -Pack N Play -Travel seat for younger kiddo- can be used at the table in the house or packed easily for day trips -Kid cups/plates/utensils -Toys including wooden toys, games and puzzles -Sound machine You have access to the entire home- please feel free to use any items in the cupboards, fridge, kitchen and other cabinets! We have provided games and toys for kids and adults alike- please try to keep them intact for future guests to enjoy! I will be readily available via email or phone, and have a local contact who can assist ASAP if needed. The Chalet is literally two blocks from everything in Philipsburg! From the street you get a beautiful view of Discovery Ski Hill, and can look down toward Broadway Street with the amphitheater and skating rink directly across Broadway from our street. Philipsburg has no public transit but our house location eliminates the need for any! The grocery store is about a mile down the road and you'll likely want to drive. Additionally, in the winter months a 4 wheel drive could be helpful but the road in front of our house is well maintained. *Note that like many rentals around Philipsburg our house is located on a hill above the main street. It is a short two block walk to the main commerce area, but those with mobility issues should be aware that the walk could be challenging. It makes for a great view, however! Please respect our no pets policy!
