The Redan Inn is a newly refurbished public house with seven boutique rooms. Situated in the small village of Chilcompton we are ideally located a short drive from the cities Bath, Wells and Frome. The Redan itself however is nestled away in the picturesque countryside of the Mendip Hills, Somerset. All of our Luxury Guest Rooms have a Super-king size bed, duck and goose feather duvets, flat screen televisions, ensuite bathrooms with freestanding rain showers as well as 100% cotton towels, natural handmade Bramley hand soap, hand lotion and body wash, tea and coffee making facilities with tea and ground beans from a local roastery. Treats such as Prosecco or Champagne or a bottle of wine on arrival can be preordered! The Redan Inn is in the heart of the quiet village of Chilcompton which is nestled in the scenic Mendip Hills, Somerset. The village is residential, small and rural with a Parish Church and a pretty brook running through it. Local towns and cities are reachable by car – Shepton Mallet (10 minutes) Frome (15 minutes) Glastonbury, Bath and Wells (30 minutes) and Bristol (40 minutes) public transport is available but may take longer.
