The Inn at Brandywine

Nestled in over 140 acres of wooded hills with a 5-acre, fully stocked, private lake, The Inn at Brandywine offers all the amenities of home in a relaxed, comfortable setting. The Inn is underwent a spring makeover in March of 2019 with a new whole-house water filtration system installed, (while our well water is super soft and refreshing, this new system helps with seasonal changes that can sometimes cause a mineral smell) a new roof and a second kitchen in the lower level. Guests enjoy the use of a fully equipped, full-size kitchen, TV room and living area, 2 full bathrooms and a working stone fireplace. Queen-sized beds, Direct TV service and high speed Internet are just a few of the extras that make your stay special. Five bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and two sofa sleepers allow the Inn to comfortably sleep twelve guests. Outside, fishing, hiking, bird watching or just relaxing lakeside make this secluded spot a refreshing alternative to the usual hotel stay. The Inn at Brandywine is the perfect choice for a couple or family in need of a weekend getaway, the business traveler in town for a few days to a few weeks or months or an organization or company looking for a unique setting for its next retreat, luncheon or holiday party. And its close proximity to downtown Pittsburgh and The Pittsburgh International Airport, both just a 40-minute drive, offers guests travel convenience as well as outstanding entertainment and shopping venues. Whether you need to wind down, get away, spend some time outdoors or have a long-overdue get together with family and friends, let us help by providing the ideal setting. The Inn At (URL HIDDEN) anything you want it to be. Regardless of the size of your group, you have the entire place to yourself. We only ask that you only use the number of bedrooms that are reflected in your reservation. The owners live nearby but not close enough to be a bother. Available if you need us, get locked out or need to borrow a cup of sugar. :) The inn is on a country road with minimal traffic. Just the owners' home is visible from it and only from the back bedrooms. Conveniently located just two miles from a full-service, grocery store, Walgreen's, McDonald's, Subway and Family Dollar in addition to lots of locally owned restaurants. And Ohio State Route 7 is just three miles from the inn. Guests may park in the driveway in front of the inn, across the road or in the driveway down the street. We ask that you don't park in the front or side yard at the inn. Guests are only to use the number of bedrooms reflected in their rate/total price. Bedrooms that have been "disturbed" or reflect that the bed, bedding or other items as being used will result in an additional charge.
