Fownhope is in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and part of the beautiful Wye Valley walk. It is close to the Herefordshire black and white village trail, and the studio is a convenient base for keen gardeners attending the Malvern Garden show, or for those who wish to enjoy the Three Choirs and Hay-on-Wye festival. The studio is a large, open space, comprising kitchen, sitting area and kitchen. The view is far reaching over the beautiful countryside towards the local church. There are local buses to Herrgord or Ross-on-Wye, although not very frequent. I am usually around for any help required. We have 2 pubs which you can walk about 200m to. A village shop for groceries and drinks. A gift shop selling many interesting locally sourced products and boasting a small coffee area. I have ample parking space, including room for fishing equipment or bikes in a lock up garage.
