Amenities: flat screen smart tv, DirecTV, bluetooth speaker, and wifi. The well-equipped kitchen provides equipment for every cooking need. The kitchen opens onto the spacious dining porch updated in 2019 with new screened windows on three sides. The newly-renovated light and airy master bedroom has a queen bed, ocean view, new closet and ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms feature two twin beds in each and new windows added in 2020/2021. Fans are provided for all rooms. The bathroom was totally upgraded in 2018. Hot and cold water showers are located inside and outdoors. Washer and dryer with linens provided complete the beach-oriented amenities. New elevated back deck and shower planned for 2022. This house is ideal for a family or mature adults.
