Cozy Cottage * Coventry Lake* 15 min to UConn *

Enjoy this quaint lake cottage that is close to Uconn and all the area has to offer. It has been updated with new flooring and fresh paint. Access to a private association beach is only a three minute walk. This beach is for paid guests only. Please note the fireplace is not a working fireplace. The area offers hiking trails, antiquing, vineyards and access to the lake. In the winter there is ice fishing and ice skating. In the summer you can kayak, paddleboard or relax on the beach. This updated, pet-free cottage has a nicely equipped kitchen, one full bath (located on the first floor) with a washer and dryer. There is a couch that pulls out to a full size bed in the living room on the first floor. The two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed) are located on the second floor. The location is 15 minutes to Uconn, a one mile walk or drive to the Coventry Farmer's market, and a short drive to many antique shops, vineyards and great restaurants. Guests have access to the association beach. Paid guests ONLY~ no parties at this beach or we will lose privileges. We like guests to enjoy their privacy, however we live in the house nextdoor to the cottage and can respond to requests promptly. The house is located in a quiet lakeside residential neighborhood. The best way to get around is by car. If you enjoy biking, there are restaurants and the center of town that are a short bike ride away.
