They are in a house on the owner’s estate, who is a vintner himself. They are on the first and second floors of the three-storey, timber-framed house from the year 1984. Both apartments were renovated in 2014 and measure around 80m², each accommodating seven people. The structure of the two apartments is the same: each with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a second separate WC and a living room.. The two bathrooms have been renovated in March 2017. The first bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide, the second has two single beds, the third has a double bed 140cm wide and a single bed, as well as a washbasin.
