"Boho Haven" - Relaxing stay in Jefferson

Hello! Located between Madison & Milwaukee---Enjoy a stay at my home in Jefferson! My house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a private enclosed back patio, perfect for those summer nights. Located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a golf course and close to downtown Jefferson & bicycle trails. Madison is a 35 minute drive. Milwaukee is a 50 minute drive. Early 1900s two story home. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. Guests will have access to the entire house, including laundry & small work out area in the basement. Property includes a large outside patio with dining, lounge seating, chiminea, Bluetooth speaker for tunes, and Edison lights. Guests have access to the house and back patio. There is laundry in the unfinished basement, as well as a small workout area. The property also include a fenced in side yard. Guests are free to use yard, except please know that I will occasionally be in the yard/garage in order to maintain the lawn and garden (sometimes accompanied with my dog, Monty... the side yard is completely fenced in, separated from the house & patio) Please feel free to call, text, or email me with any needs you may have during your stay! I will respond as soon as I am able. (I do have a side yard, with a garden, that I (and my dog) will occasionally be stopping in to check/maintain, water garden & mow lawn.) Otherwise, I will give you your privacy. Please no smoking in my house.
